Chemistry
Chemistry is the study of matter – the substance of life on Earth. Learning from a Biblical worldview, we will come one step closer to understanding that the Creator has designed a magnificent and purposeful world while teaching the strong foundation necessary to further understand many of the other sciences. This college-prep class will teach the concepts of chemistry such as atomic and molecular structure, acid/base chemistry, gases, thermodynamics and energy, and chemical equilibrium. This class will grow critical thinking skills and continuously build upon concepts throughout the course.
Chemistry is broken into two parts: lectures and labs, which are held on different days.
*This course is mathematically rigorous and algebra-based.
